Questions onboarding leads actually ask.

Do I need to write code to build a workflow?

No. Workflows are built by dragging steps onto a timeline and picking a trigger from a dropdown of your product's existing events. Custom triggers can be sent via a simple REST call if you do want code-level control.

What counts as an “active user” for billing?

Anyone who is enrolled in at least one live onboarding workflow during a billing month. Users who finish onboarding and are archived stop counting immediately.

Can I import our existing onboarding emails?

Yes — paste in your current HTML or plain-text emails, or forward them to import@driftly.example and we'll convert them into editable steps for you.

Does Driftly work with our product analytics tool?

Driftly listens to the same event stream you already send to Segment, so anything instrumented there is available as a trigger with no extra setup.

Is there a free trial, and what happens after it ends?

Every plan includes a 14-day trial with no card required. When it ends, workflows pause (they aren't deleted) until you add a payment method.

How is customer data handled?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU or US depending on your account setting, and never used to train third-party models.
