Terms of service
The terms that apply to a Driftly subscription.
Last updated 1 September 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are between Driftly, Inc. and the company whose workspace this is. Creating a workspace accepts them.
If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do.
Keep credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
3. What you may do with the service
Use it to run onboarding for your own product and customers, within the limits of your plan.
You may not resell access, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to send unsolicited bulk email.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are discounted and billed for the full term.
Active-user counts are measured at the end of each billing period. Going over your plan's limit moves you to the next plan from the following period.
Fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax.
5. Trials
The trial runs for 14 days and needs no payment card. It ends on its own; nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the workspace settings; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why first unless the law prevents it.
7. Your data
Your content stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.
You can export your workflows and event history at any time while the workspace is active.
8. Availability and liability
The Scale plan carries a 99.9% uptime commitment; other plans are provided without an uptime guarantee.
To the extent the law allows, liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material change. Continuing to use the service after it takes effect accepts the new terms.
